The things worth asking first
Your five-step brief — property type, city, budget band, how you live, and when you want to start — is read against every vetted designer on the platform. You receive a ranked shortlist of five, each with the reason it scored where it did. You decide who to speak to, and you can hold conversations with up to five designers at once.
Every project includes three revisions, and the counter is visible to both you and your designer from the first day. It exists so scope stays honest on both sides. Once the three are used, further changes are quoted and agreed separately rather than absorbed silently into the timeline.
Payments are milestone-based and held in escrow. Nothing is released until you have reviewed the completed phase and confirmed it with a one-time code sent to your registered number. You always see how much has been deployed, how much is due next, and how much of your budget is still unallocated.
Yes. Every builder on the platform is bonded and carries a published on-time completion record drawn from projects delivered through Allure. Designers go through the same vetting before they can bid, and anyone still in the queue is shown as pending rather than quietly listed alongside verified studios.
Patna and Indore are our primary markets, with active designers and bonded builders in both. We also take projects in Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, and Lucknow. Coverage expands city by city, because a marketplace without local builders is only half a product.
